This A5 leather ring binder journal is entirely handmade of Italian vegetable leather with a vintage look. Veg tan leather, colored by hands, will quickly develops ‘patina’. The more you use it, the more beautiful it looks.
Refill is printed on premium paper, 100gsm, no ink bleeding through and feathering, suitable for most pen types. Each journal comes with 140 pages, 3 options for your choice: Lined, Dotted, Plain.
The ring mechanism is very small. It does not interfere with your hands when writing. The notebook opens 180 degrees flat on the tabletop, you can easily turn pages without pressing your hand when writing.
The smoothness of the paper is also just enough for the nib to pass through without being scratched but also not slippery.
Good absorbency, the ink dries quickly and does not smudge or absorb the page at all, even with Pilot Parallel ink or fountain pens and markers of all kinds.
