The 6-ring mechanism is very small, so it won't entangle your hand when writing. The notebook opens 180 degrees, lays flat on the table, you can easily turn pages without pressing your hand when writing.
Refill is available in 3 formats: Lined, Dotted, and Plain. Paper has a weight of 100gsm, ivory color is gentle on the eyes, but shows bright fountain pen ink tones. The smoothness of the paper is just enough for the nib to pass through without being scratched but also not slippery.
Good absorbency, the ink dries quickly and no bleeding, no feathering at all, even with Pilot Parallel ink or fountain pens and markers of all kinds.
